Overall, I had a good stay; good location and very accessible to the city's places of interest. The boss of the place has been accomodating and friendly. On the downside, there were lots of ants crawling on the bed when we first checked-in and got to our room. The staff in general are friendly and helpful but at times in terms of communication, need to be patient to repeat your questions and needs. The cats are really cute and lovable too!

Everything centered wound "the boss" and others from that the knowledge was limited on the staff. But friendly. Lots of tours, some seemed a little ovrpriced though, but didn't try one.
