The depatiture must be done at 9:00 AM (very soon). The trash was not clear. Except tose points it was very nice and funny to sleep in and the price was very low. morichon, from France ~ 23rd Aug 2009

The worst place I've stayed in. Very dull and depressing. Horrible wooden floors, bed bugs and leaky showers. The receptionist we dealt with didn't speak any english and didn't seem to know what she was doing. lauren, from Scotland ~ 13th Jul 2009

The good thing is the closeness to the centre with accessible tram link. The price has gone up a lot since last year but still no services at all. Toilet paper ran out after first day & they had none in stock to issue & big problem to deal with them as no staff speaks English, had to ask other student for help translating, Room was not cleaned for the 4 nights spent even though 2 rooms share the communal entrance & toilet eddie, from England ~ 22nd Jan 2009

we got there at night and had no problems about that. the hostel is easy to find, since it's located just in front of the tram's stop. it was pretty hard to communicate with the staff, no english was spoken. the room was ok. many students in there, so you can meet many people. alberto, from Italy ~ 30th Nov 2008
