Attractive location near South Terrace and the beach in the heart of Fremantle. Sound travels throughout the hallways to the dorms so be prepared with some ear plugs. Some of the guys have been there for quite a while so there is a degree of cliqueyness, but it all depends on how open you are to make friends too.

Great location but when the doors slam, which they do frequently, it sounds like a gun going off!

Probably the sleaziest hostel in WA; haven't tried them all, though! Valdemar Schultz

The kitchen needs a re think. Having to ask for a glass or a plate or knife and fork - and not be told when yo check in that this is what has to be done - is a little bit much. Especially when the guy behind the bar was a bit of a smart arse almost as if he had som e kind of power over us coz he had the plates.

Really funky looking hostel, close to everything! Enjoyed playing table tennis & pool (both free!) Also cheap beer! :) Only downside would be the noise level, not good to be woken up at 3am then not being able to get back to sleep when u've gotta get up at 6am!

Great place to stay, very friendly staff who will go out of the way to help. Well worth a visit, it may not look much but it is definitely a great stopping point.
