Lady managing the hostel disorganised: thrown off by our late arrival- didnt reply to earlier confirmation e-mail. Didn't tell us when someone was coming for payment, they just showed up! Had to move rooms mid-stay. Wasn't clear kitchens only in some doubles. Rooms were very nice, clean and in a great location.
There is no staff to speak of, you call a number and somebody shows up to take your money. You never see that person again after that. The price is right though.

Hostel room is nice,smells funny, but you get kitchen&TV.No lockers.Problems are with staff. NEVER around,& do not pay attention.Wouldn't let me in b4 I got money & didn't have change.Said they'd drop it in later but didn't,€2 wasted.Later arrived to discover ALL belongings gone,& food in fridge: I'd been moved to a private room.Luckily knew the safe no. so I took my luggage.Didn't want room.No ensuite, kitchen,TV,like in the hostel.They left my milk to go sour because more convenient to them.

Guten Morgen, Beim Eintreffen wollte man mir zunächst ein Appartment an anderer Stelle geben, obwohl ich bei der Buchung speziell diese Lokation gewählt habe. Es war schwierig telefonisch Ansprechpartner zu erreichen. Die Haustür war an einem Morgen verschlossen, so dass die Gäste nur nach Hinzukommen der Polizei das Haus verlassen konnten. Es war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes(über 4 Tage) nicht möglich eine Quittung zu erhalten.

I could not see the face of the staff. We spent lot's of money on mobile calls. I made reservation for 2 bedrooms and we only got one. In the end she found another bedroom in another hostel to us ... but we spent lot's of time. The shower in the bedroom is really bad. I can't recomend.
Be sure what you are booking - privite apartments are excellent and have everything what do you need, but rooms which are cheaper not so nice how you could expect.
