Florinda and Danny are amazing! Florinda even came to pick me up when I called to say I was lost near the station. On that note, travelers may benefit by doing some research before just arriving. Termini is a HUGE station with several exits and entrances, and Ave. Giovanni Gioletti is a bit confusing itself if you are not familiar with Rome. The only real downside is there are not a lot of restaurants, etc. Overall, a very accommodating staff and a good place for the money. Would stay here again Erin, from USA ~ 30th Oct 2011

The hostel was in the dodgy part of town, but it wasn't too far from the historical sites and the termini. The staff was alright, but they were never there and the woman was not as accommodating. Check in is EXACTLY at two, sometimes. Which is annoying. They move your stuff around.. which was weird. It was clean, but there was a lack of privacy. It was good if you only care about location. I had an 8 person room and was on a bunk bed. The place was clean and lively and the beds were comfortable enough.I met such great people from all over the world there. I would definitely recommend. Just so you all know, though, neither of the phone numbers on the website worked for me when I tried to call from the airport to let them know my flight would be delayed.I got a messaging service saying the number may not be in service.I tried each number at least twice, but it may have been a pro Selina, from Canada ~ 7th Jul 2011
