“ Firstly, we were surprised when they gave us clean sheets, not as in previous hostels. The location is excellent, close to Victoria Station, and 10 minutes walking by Buckingham Palace. Besides, we had breakfast in a pub, which is next door. ”

“ It's true, the bathrooms aren't very good. Bring flipflops! But the staff definitely makes up for that. I've experienced them as nice and generous, and loved hanging out in the pub downstairs. If you leave early in the morning, you can check out the night before. I'd come again! ”

“ Shared Bathrooms were really dirty. Not only not cleaned daily but visibly not cleaned in weeks! Since guests have to put bed sheets themselves and remove them also after they leave I strongly suspect that also the dorm rooms are rarely visited by staff or even someone with a broom. Free Breakfast is the only positive thing I can say about this place Even if you are on a tight budget you should give this place a wide berth! There should be better options available for your money. ”

“ The first day you will hate. It is dirty, old, small and you will consider to choose another place. The second day you will start to accept and stop to complain. The third day you will meet everyone on the kitchen and you will think it is a good place. The fourth day you will enjoy and on the fifth day, I don't know if it is magic or Stockholm syndrome, but you will want to live there the rest of your life... ”

“ The worst place I have ever stay. Hostel is very dirty, toilets and showers are terrible, beds are dirty and with some bugs, because some of us got bites on skin. Rooms have only beds, no chair, no table. Terrible smell in rooms. ”

“ If the hostel was better care, it would be a very nice place to stay because it has a great location in a nice neighborhood! However, everything was so dirty! Including the towels, sheets and the tableware of the breakfast. By the way, it was a very poor breakfast, so poor, that one of the days we went to a cafe outside of the hostel to take our breakfast. Untill they don't improve their cleanliness and their staff service, I totally don't recommend it. ”

“ Well during my stay there was one morning no breakfast as no one showed up for it and one day some hours of no and later freezing water as the boiler had to be started again after a broken pipe some way off in the street. Everything one might not be able to change but an official notice might have helped. ”

“ The staff is very friendly and the other guests at the hostel were delightful. But, for me, the place was very small (cramped) and common areas (kitchen, bathrooms) were too dirty and messy. I would not stay here again, but if you're 20-something and just looking for a place to sleep, it's fine. ”

“ The floor of the toilets had not been cleaned for weeks, there were lots of dust, hairs, toilet paper roll and other disgusting things. The showers were not very clean, but it was better than the toilets. And the kitchen was really dirty. The bedroom was ok, the breakfast was not of big quality, but it's like lots of other hostels. ”

“ This place has its ups and downs, it has a good location but the rooms were a bit messy. The lockers in the rooms didn´t seem to stay locked for some reason so there is basically no point to keep anything of value in there. ”

“ All 3 small round tables in the kitchen-diningroom-TVroom (they have one average sized room for all recited functions) were ALWAYS occupied by young men with notebooks - why they cann't use their notebooks in their rooms and where it was supposed for other people to dine instead? I made my tea and warm up my dinner in microwave - and went with my food to my room. Other expiriences in this hostel were good ))) Hope they redesing their common room so there will be place for people to dine. Thanks ”
