people on the reception were trying to be very helpful, but the management was poor, lack of communication among the staff, there was alwas a different person on the reception and it was not guaranteed that if you agree on something with one person from the dtaff - the other will know about it.. The communication by the phone is like it did not happend at all! almost impossible to agree on something on the phone. my general impression of the management was one big chaos. Good food, nice staff, great location. It's a bit pricier than some of the other places, but you get what you pay for! It was definitely worth the added cost. Ken, from USA ~ 9th Aug 2009

Great staff... They added nights and changed rooms for people just so everybody would have a good time. Really friendly staff, left internet cafe open to help when I became stuck due to train problems. Finding ıt ıs a challenge... But once you do great place. Tips: Don't eat at the places close to the hostel they are expensive and the "discount" is free water... The best staff I ever had at a hostel (or hotel). We said we were hungry and Mustafa actually brought us to a restaurant! Easy to meet people, free internet, and wonderful, hot showers. I'd definitely stay here again. Dana, from USA ~ 1st May 2009
