Sydney Hostel in Budapest, Jordan

I booked online with hostels.com and right after contacted sydney hostel. I emailed them 3 times and never got an answer. They offered a taxi from the airport but i was unable to contact them to arrange it. When i arrived they were not ready for me and couldnt find my reservation. the sheets had hair on them. Very gross!! and the room was really cold. the staff was nice and helpful but other then that i wouldnt suggest this hostel. Rachel, from USA ~ 24th Jan 2012
