Don't go to this hostel. It is very dirty. There are no water for flushing the toilet, no tissue and no hot water for shower. The bed linen seemed not to be cleaned or changed for long time. I booked three nights orginally but I just stayed one night.

The WORST hostel ever. At check in the man at front desk made me pay more than owed, as I had already paid a 10% deposit on this website. He gave us keys to a room that still had people in it. There were COCKROACHES scurrying around our room. NO hot water at all, horribly unhelpful staff (didn't even have a map and couldn\'t tell us where to get one). Chased us out of the hotel when we left saying we hadn't paid, though we paid in full upon arrival. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The stafff is very friendly and helpful, but rooms are dirty and the hot water is available after asking the staff. Using internet is possible from the private laptop of hostel manager, the computer in lobby does not work.

We were disappointed with this hotel - the location is good and the rooms ok (spacious with comfy beds but pretty worn) - but the staff were the least friendly of anyone we met in Jordan, we struggled to get accurate information on day trips - and had to wait ages for hot water. Stay somewhere else.
Do not be misunderstood by our opinions but every fact is relativ!! This is Amman in Jordan, you know and the clearliness and especially the "fun" are not constant qualities.
