TaiTung Jilin Young Hostel in Chiang Mai, Taiwan

This is an excellent base in Taichung if your target is to explore the eastern coast and Green Island / Orchid Island. The owner has great knowleage of the tourist spots around Taichung and can advise you really well. I slept in both of the 4-bed dorms and they are both well ventilated by the natural breeze. Eric is really particular about cleaniness so you can expect the bathrooms to be really clean. He even set up a dry/wet region in them! Internet speed is one of the fastest among the Hostels Joon Yuan, from Singapore ~ 11th Oct 2011
