“ WORST hostel experience I've ever had. Very careless, disorganized staff!! They ask you to call 1h before arriving. I emailed 2 days ahead to confirm my reservation, then called, texted, AND emailed 2hours before arriving to reconfirm. Nobody responded. When I arrived, nobody was there, phones off, I was left stranded on the street. The next day they called to ask if I still wanted to stay there...no, obviously. They promised to refund deposit, still hasn't come through, no response to emails. ”
