- “ Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially that you will pick you up from the train station for free! Rachael gave me a gift when i left the hostel, which was very sweet! The downside is the location, it's not in the central of the town and a bit inconvenient but close to the local food market in the evening. ”

- “ Wonderful hostel, really nice rooms with good facilities, and great tour packages. The tour of the gorge was easily one of the best things we did in Taiwan. The staff were extremely good to us, picking us and helping us find our way about Hualien. I would definitely recommend it. ”

- “ This hostel is 5-10 mins away from the train station by car/motorbike, and further from the city centre. But because of this, the hostel is situated at the quiet part of town which offers a good environment to rest and relax. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean, highly recommended for couples. The owner and her hubby are very friendly too, will arrange pick up from train station or arrange motorbike rental if you require. ”

- “ We really enjoyed our time at this hostel. The rooms are immaculate. Rachael was lovely and very helpful. Very comfortable bed, fast WIFI and HBO etc. Location is a bit out of the way but also very quiet, we rented a scooter so no problem. Excellent seafood restaurant just around the corner, no English spoken though. We would stay here again for sure. ”
