  • The workers really went out of their way to find information for us, although it was different from other hostels when they had to look up information instead of just knowing their city really well. However, this demonstrates their desire to go above and beyond for us. The breakfast consisted of pieces of bread and jam, so better than the muffin that used to be breakfast. Overall, it was a pretty clean hostel. As others have said, there were people drunkenly singing pretty late into the night.

  • Nice lounge, bathrooms OK, dorms OK, location fine if you want to go to Bellavista neighbourhood or more central like Santa Lucia - although the street where the hostel is located is not great, a lot of traffic. Overall , good value for money for this hostel.
