A little misunderstanding about the bill due to putting us in the wrong room which had to be sorted when leaving but nice room, good central location if not easy to find. Would recommend. Nicola, from England ~ 15th Oct 2011

Thanh Guesthouse was a great jumping off point for HCM.Yeah, it's in the middle of the obnoxious backpackers district, but the guesthouse is located quite near a main street that allows for plenty of other options. Nicolas, the kind man who runs Thanh, is very helpful and never pushy.He can hook you up with tours but he won't give you the hard sell.We had a nice chat before our departure for district nine and Nicolas bought us coffee and kept us company.His English is very good.
