- “ This place has a lot of really bad reviews out there, but I think it's changed a lot recently. I went in expecting surly staff and roaches, but instead the desk staff were very polite and the room was totally clean. An excellent value for the money, and you can't beat the location if you need to get to the heart of downtown DC. ”

- “ DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hostel is the worst me and my friends ever stayed at! The room was nasty, the sheets were dirty and had hair on them, the madrasses had spots of something that looked like blood, it was freezing cold and a cockroach in the bathroom! The first time we complained, the staff laughed at us, the second time they got upset, since they then had to actually change the dirty sheets. This hostel is overprized and dirty! I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. ”
