Very friendly people and they keep the place clean! If you are new to the country, they will take care of you and show you around. All in all, an excellent choice for budget travel.

My group stayed at the Burrow while in transit to/from Tanzania and other parts of Kenya. We found that the staff was incredibly helpful with getting taxis, giving restaurant suggestions etc. to a group of people who were only in Nairobi for a very short period of time.
