- “ If you want to party and be central in Cartagena, this is your best bet and great value-for-money dorms. If you want to sleep a bit, go somewher else ... kids are partying all day & night here, and staff if very friendly but party too ... I was happy to be so central in Cartagena (old town) and be able to walk around, but I defo missed some sleep !! And the facilities are extremely poor ... two bathrooms for about 30-40 people .. and one of them was not working ... ”

- “ La ubicación es inmejorable, queda a mano de todos los lugares de interés... La predisposición del staff también es destacable, aunque podrían ser mas organizados... Hay siempre un vaso de limonada helada disponible para cuando uno retorna del sofocante calor de la calle... Salvador, igual que el aire acondicionado, ojo, no en todas las habitaciones... Hay sólo dos baños, no alcanza para todos... Relación preciocalidad acorde... Volvería a hospedarme allí... ”

- “ If you're looking to party then this place is great. However, don't come here if you're looking to chill out - it is not a "chill house". The staff were friendly and helpful but played music until very late and then played loud hiphop most of the day without any consideration for the guests. The walls are thin so when people come home at 5am and sit chatting in the hall you can hear everything. ”

- “ We went 4 persons to a private room, with private bathroom. They were clean and beds were fine. The only thing , the room was very hot and it just have one fan. I recomend to pick a room with A/C. ”

- “ This is a nice hostel with good facilities and friendly staff, who even offer you free coffee or lemonade. There's no air conditioning so it's a bit hard to sleep at night, but overall I would recommend staying here! ”

- “ Place was nice. Location is great in the center of the old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen was clean, though had only limited utensils. Major downside was that it only had two bathrooms (shower & toilet together) from which one was only accessible through one of the rooms. And if the hostel was booked up it were at least twenty people staying there, so a few more bathrooms would have been convenient. Check your laundry when you get it back (they forgot to return some of my stuff.) ”

- “ I will simply concur with all the reviews in their totality. If you want a college dorm, festive party atmosphere that is friendly and cheap and accessible, this is the place for you. If you want quiet, tranquil escape for a relaxing vacation, this is not the place for you. To each their own. For me, it was fun to reminisce about my university life in the dorms when I was here on a Friday and Saturday night. I headed for one of the dozen of other hostels that are within 5 minute walking distance for a ”
