Worst hostel I ever stayed!!! The kitchen was freaking dirty. In the days I stayed I saw several people sleep in the same bed without them changing the sheets and the atmosphere was outright depressing. If you want a lousy stay in Auckland stay there. Staff of this hostel is really excellent! I booked 6 days from hostel world, though I cancelled 4 days when I arrived at the hostel. The next day, because of some trouble, it turned out I had to stay more 3 days. So I asked staff if I could stay more 3 days, and booking fee I paid to Hostel world was effective or not. Then she was kind enough to try to find the paper about my booking, and at last I could stay more 3 days at the price when I booked. Thank you very much! SHO, from Japan ~ 24th Jul 2011
