I had cockaroaches in my room There was no denying that they were there, and dont walk around without shoes, your feet will burn on the blacktop and get black in dirt from touching the floors

Each person is different. This was a right location for me. I was able to seize the moment with a great airfare and use unlimited ride public transportation. Despite heat exhaustion, the pristine beaches within walking distance, on-site pool, easy walk to Domino's, the air conditioned library, Walgreens, 7-ll, and bus stops made the outcome after a week, therapeutic for me. I was very impressed since it was my first time staying at a hostel. It took me a while to get use to the idea of sharing a dorm with strangers, but the quality of people there impressed me. I enjoyed the straight forwardness of the mangers to enforce the rules.

The patio scene was fantastic, except the 11 pm no talking rule. But there was 'the dive bar' just a block away open late, so we carried our conversation there. Best beach in Ft. Lauderdale. Convenient to stores. Fun! Mostly non US travelers who were full of stories and laughter and i felt 100% Safe as a single young girl. It was clean and i'll stay again and again and again.

I have nothing much to say about this hostel. It's ok if you stay there only 2 days!
