- “ My booking was not accurate and some of the staff was not as helpful as I would have hoped. Right before checking in the staff member was on the phone with another unhappy customer. His reservation had been cancelled without notification. Seems there may be some glitches with their internal reservation system. I would recommend a different hostel. ”
