The Hostels ALL over the world have to do something about the SNORING in the rooms. This is your worse problem and make me reconsinder going to back to the Hotels again. The insident occured in this hotel with a 22year old man from Brazil, who was snoring the whole night through. When approached, then threaten me 2. The reception couldn't do anything they said! The costumers should tell that they have a snoring problem when they get in to a Hostel! Uffe Jarl, from Denmark ~ 21st Dec 2011

A really nice little place to stay but they didn\'t have towels and the blanket (if you could actually call it that!) was like scratchy paper! Everything else was fine about the place apart from the bedding & no towels. Lisa, from England ~ 25th Oct 2011

The location is very good. It's near the 5th avenue and empire state. But it's not very safe. I lost my cash when i was sleeping in my room. nan, from China ~ 28th May 2011

Very good location! Like a mix of a hostel and hotel. The decoration is cool, nice style! Very bad isolation, the bathroom was freezing cold and the heat in the room was poor to! Staff was ok, but we got disturbed 5 times at 9 o clock in the morning by the staff. Otherwise the room was pretty good, clean, cheats and towels. ok price so I could stay there again! Hostel has a great location, it is blocks from the empire state building in Manhatten. The hotel itself is nice and staff is fine. The hostel rooms were not great and the free wifi internet does not work in the room. The do not have a secure way to store bags, so you are taking a risk leaving your stuff there. The worst part was the beds they are metal bunk beds and they are extremely noisy, also, they the mattresses are hard as rocks. Would advise bringing a blanket. Bathroom was acceptable.
