One of those hostels run by backpackers gives you that little extra. Nice room for chill out equipped with TV DVD Playstation etc. Easygoing and very helpful staff.

Perfect place to stay in the Tatras and explore those beautiful mountains! Trails start virtually at hostel's doorstep. It is located 1 hour from Poprad which requires certain planning to visit other attractions around as buses are not that often, but still possible.

The hostel is a bit of a bachalar pad. Its run by 2 guys & is a bit of a dump. The hostel is always full as its the only one in the area. Unfortunately this means they think the hostel is great, when infact it needs alot of improvement. It needs a good tidy, but is sanitarily clean. They were friendly & you can go out to dinner with them as they dont cook, except the BBQs. The Tatra Mountains are beautiful & I strongly recomend you visit them, just dont have high expectations if you stay here.

a really good hostel, one of the best ive stayed in. ritchie and jimbo know the area well and can give you advice on how to get just about anywhere, loads of hikes to do, caves to explore or just do nothing on the hammock with wally the dog. its a real family atmoshphere, everyone often goes out and eats together (cheaply!!) in the town.it can be a bit tricky to get to, but i think its really worth it, its really hard to leave!
Its not a tourist attraction, its a way of life. Go there!!!

rite, so, this place is a little treasue. but its the people that make the place, Jimbo and Rich are laidback, loveable, lads. Having said that, if they wernt there, the place alone would make viagra unnessessary. its magic. Patrick. Ozzy.
Such an amazing hostel in a cool, backwater town. Richie and Jimbo (the managers) are awesome and definitely made the experience. Great hostel in an unbeatable location. I still can't believe the view from my window. Would definitely stay again!
