The only problem with this hostel was the staff, we only stayed one night but the two we encountered were quite useless, a group of men were complaining that they had their things stolen by some other people in the hostel and the woman at the desk was just shrugging her shoulders saying there was nothing she could do! Apart from the staff the hostel was quite nice and in a good location, just 2 mins from the monorail and had some nice places to eat nearby. Also a good shopping centre/cinema comp

Excellent location, good and clean facilities and a nice lounge room. The only problem is that the 4 bed dorm is really small but if you dont mind about that it is an perfect hostel to stay for a couple of nights.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Haven Guesthouse - the perfect place to unwind after busy days exploring the city. Very clean, comfy beds, very helpful staff, excellent location near shops, bus & train stations and only a short walk to all the major KL attractions. The only thing it lacks is a bit of 'atmosphere' so not the best place to meet people/party but I'd return willingly for the home comforts - plus free tea, toast and internet!!

The staff should work on their laundry procedure. If you post that laundry will be done within 24 hours, it should be done by then. Staff should also be thorough when doing laundry as lost laundry can be a real headache.
