ME ENCANTO!!!!!!!!! El staff es lo mejor!! Les extraño tanto! Y que decir del asado?!?! Demasiado rico!! Lo unico es que faltan casserolas en la cocina. Pero bueno, no puede ser todo perfecto!! 100% ;D

In the event of a robbery you should warn all the people that are staying at the hostel, so they can keep their importanat personal belongings on them, so when it happens twice more in that same day more people won't loose valuable personal belongings. You should also have staff better trained for when a robbery happens so they can help people who need to cancel stolen credit cards, instead of saying there is nothing we can do.

This is a very nice, fun hostel. We stayed in a 6 bed in the main building, which I understand was much nicer than the annex. The only unfortunate incident was a series of room break ins one night we were there. Police were called immediately, but even during the investigation, we heard that another room was robbed. We do not know all the details, but Hostel Inn would do well to provide all guests (not 1 per reservation) with keys, so that tenants are less likely to leave doors unlocked for their traveling partners. Signs reminding guests to lock up would also be helpful, as well as perimeter checks after dark. Price includes very basic (i.e. cereal and last night´s leftover dinner rolls) breakfast. Otherwise everything was very pleasant and staff were very friendly.

The check-in system could be better, when you have all ready made reservations. Other than that we had a very nice time at The Hostel Inn Iguazu.

Dorm was absolutely disgusting!!! Matress really needed replacing and pillow was yellow and stunk. For an HI hostel I thought they would keep high standards. Also staff are not very helpful. Party night with BBQ are great fun though.

I spent a great time in Hostel-Inn Iguazu. However, at the begining was an awful experience because by their mistake they cancelled my confirmed booking, it means I had confirmed the booking by this site and also by e.mail 24hs before my arrival but they cancelled it.... Due to the hostel was full of people they had to send to me to another hostel, Correcaminos in Iguazu city, it was horrible, dirty and overbooked, the rooms for 8 persons in fact had 10-11people sleeping in the floor and in the common areas. The bathrooms were terrible, with cucarachas !!! you must really need to go to the bathroom to enter in it... Once I came back to Hostel-Inn everything was GREAT, people, staff, buffets, rooms & bathrooms, the tour packages and specially the pool !!! Without no doubt If I come back to Iguazu I would stay there again, just I would have to confirm my booking not only by the site, email but also by TELEPHONE in order to avoid problems...

The large pool and chill out area are huge drawcards and will probably see this hostel remaining the most popular in town. I do however think the hostel took advantage of its out of town location, with overpriced drinks, food, laundry etc. We had to move rooms several times in one day which was also pretty frustrating

Close to the falls and not far from town. Ask about the yellow bus going from town to the falls to town again - its your best bet to get around cheaply. The buffett needs to change each night but the price is right - its hard to pop around the corner to grab anything else. The internet & pc´s need upgrading.
