What a great hostel! I would really recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Buenos Aires! Really well located in San Telmo, with a supermarket and laundrette right opposite. Two minutes from the metro so really easy to get to other parts of the city such as Palermo. The staff are really welcoming and go out of their way to help you. lauren, from England ~ 22nd Nov 2009

A small and cozy environment. You will get plenty of quiet time and personal attention from the friendly staff if you want it. Rooms were not the cleanest but they are more than reasonable for the price. Nice hostel in a nice location - but the room (2 bed) was not clean and the carpet was old an really dirty. We had a lot of ants in the room! Above all the bed sags! The cheaper dorm rooms are downstairs and right next to the living area, this will mean 2 things, noise from 7-24 (loud echo in the living area included) and going through the breakfast to the shower or toilet. Otherwise okay. Jeroen, from Netherlands ~ 13th Jan 2009

fantastic hostel, great staff and great rooms, with staff that make ur bed everyday. our dorm had a balcony over looking the street which was beautiful. the staff are very freindly and took us out to all the cool night spots and was a great place to spend new years. good size and atmosphere. Very strangely, taking into consideration the other reviews here, I was expecting a very nice staff, and it was not at all what I found. Unfriendly people, who looked as if we were bothering them.
