They didn't pick me up at the airport. The address on their website sent me to some place that I don't believe was a hostel. I never made it there and if I did make it I wouldn't want to stay there anyway. I called and no one spoke english which is ok but not when you are stranded. F+ all around.

Not the best location when it comes to Cusco, but the owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Location, staff, cleaness, everything was dissapointed. You always have to take a taxi to the down town. And the bathroom was not clean and cold. And also, you can´t expect the friendly atmospher. I suggest you if the price is little more expencive, but still, stay in the down town hostel.

The backpackers hostel is a small 'family run' type establishment a s/.2 taxi ride from the centre in a quiet and safe residential area. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean and well kept, with hot water and a kitchen. Thoroughly recommended.
