Had to make a complaint about the noise from the street - got awakened by the sound of a delivery of gas cylinders at 0500 HRS as they guy drags the metal cylinders across the concrete alleyway immediately below my window. I was unable to open the window and tell the guy to stop it... felt very upset about the disregard for sleeping guests
