The Judy House in Cusco, Jamaica

Sue is AMAZING. Such a nice woman, is a great references for local places to go in Negril, and you can tell she loves what she's doing.There's a fridge and kitchen up for use, the rooms are very basic and really hot during the day (but who's staying in their rooms during the day anyway?), its basically all a backpacker needs.The only downside is it is a 10 min walk (on a hill) to the "beach" (a tiny strip of sand right off the main drag) and like a 30min walk to 7-mile beach.
