Overall, it was a very good experience. Kabul came highly recommended to me by some good friends. The location is actually quite good, and the hostel has a lot of vitality at night. Unfortunately, my time in Barcelona was focused on other things and I could really allow myself to enjoy the hostel and other people, but it always seemed like a good time in the common room. The happy hour is one of the best I've seen in Europe so far :p

one thing don't go to abba hostel ...the badest hostel where i go since my birthday .
the staff send me email after my departure (because i comment about abba that it was bad ...)the staff say that iam from africa and because of this i can't write a comments ...i visit all country of the world (australia ,new zeland ,usa irak ,afgannistan,syria ,peru, columbia ,chilie cuba south africa .................but the staff think that iam emmigrant ,and i want to stay in spain ....they don't no that i can buy them and hostel ... prejudice about african people or arabic people ...but don't worry i will contact hostels.com and more ...

the location is great just in front of plaza royal, the reception area is awsome but the rooms and bathroom not that great, i will say that the bathrooms were a little nasty, but for the other things the place was great...

Well located. Good atmosphere in the lobby, it's a party every night, yet the rooms are far away enough to get some sleep in calm, if you wish. When you're in your late twenties, you'll be a senior guest, though.

A great hostel with lots of character and in an awesome location, but it was by far the smokiest one I have stayed in. Also, it was the only one that charged me for keeping my bag in the luggage room. The pubcrawl did not deliver. We didn't meet up with other hostels, and the bars we went to were nothing to brag about.
