- “ My favourite part about the hostel were the staff and the activities they organized, especially for someone that is travelling by themselves and don’t know anyone or much about the city. I highly recommend the walking tour with Erica, she is awesome and knows many little facts that one wouldn’t know about a city like Madrid. The pub crawl was pretty fun too. Overall, the hostel was great, just wish they could clean the bathroom a little bit more. ”

- “ O hostel é muito legal, limpo e seguro. Fica em um lugar muito bom, perto de metro e a uma rápida caminhada do centro da cidade... As atividades são sensacionais e, o melhor, acontecem todos os dias da semana!! A Erica, o David e o Pablo sabem muito bem como fazer uma festa!! ”

- “ Good place to stay. I stayed on ground level where it is next to a noisy courtyard. Noise from drinking games carried on late most nights. It might be good to assign beds as I was unable to tell any that was untaken when I entered room. Overall it was an average hostal. ”

- “ The Living Roof has a lively atmosphere with many people congregating in the middle area at night to hang out as well as go out to bars and clubs. This would be a plus for those looking to find people during their travels, but being in a group already - we weren't looking for this and found it a little bit noisy (all of the rooms face this center area). Overall, the facilities were clean, the staff helpful and the location perfect. ”

- “ This Hotel is placed near metro stations and famous tourist attraction. The commenarea is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hostel seems to be a social one, so for noise sensitive persons there will be noise during the night. Supermarkedet and kiosk located nearby. ”

- “ They have a great series of hostel activities, including a free walking tour (led by Erica, who was awesome) which I highly recommend (great way to get a quick overview of downtown Madrid), a pub crawl that is very affordable (10E) and very fun (also by Erica) and a tapas cooking class (by Pablo), who made us some delicious food and showed us how to make it ourselves. Only complaint not all the rooms have fans. a little hot in my room for sleeping. Otherwise, absolutely loved staying here. ”
