  • I booked a bed but had to sleep on the floor. The three french guys in my bedroom woke me up twice at night to laugh about that.

  • Thought this hostel was nice and clean, although the location isn't central...The bathroom is tiny but clean! Staff was helpful and efficient, only thing is that all of the rooms are centered around a courtyard and you could hear everyone that walked through it, as it's located outside and the sound penetrates straight through the walls and windows. Music is played into the hallways and rooms until approximately 11? Overall clean stay and efficient front desk.

  • I stayed at this hostel for a week and had a terrific time. The rooms, albeit small, are extremely well clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hostel itself is located at walking distance from the Belleville metro station which has connections to the main parisian metro lines. Overall a very good experience. Excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend this hostel.

  • Nice overall. Great rooms with private restrooms, great security, interesting location and close to most things via metro. Very close to Gare du Nord. Brand new, hotel feeling with hostel amenities but I really dont like the "having to leave" your room from 11-3 so they can clean. I even saw staff kicking someone out of the common area to clean. Overall, the staff was a bit disjointed. Felt ok there but not at home or truly welcomed. Light sleepers beware. All rooms face court yard.

  • Having in mind the hostel price, this is probably the best a budget traveller can get in Paris. The rooms, halls and bathrooms were extremely clean, 150% rating for that. The 'neighbours' from around rooms were loud a few times, but I managed. Polite people stay there, very precise and cool. The only disadvantage for me was the relation of staff towards us. They were 50-50% half very nice and welcoming, and half very unprofessional and even rude. Don't know why is that, but it's my only remark.

  • It's a nice hostel for sure. nice setting, very new. only problem is the location is not the best. it's in the north of paris which is not too center. therefore it is not too pretty around. it was a little getto. stuffs are nice mostly. but some of them are a little harsh. i guess it's paris. this is normal. right?

  • We stayed 3 nights here, in Double Private with Bathroom. Nice hostel and the staff is very friendly! However, for its location the hostel is a bit too expensive (100 EUR per night), considering the fact that there were no soap in bathroom, and no cleaning was done during our stay.

  • Breakfast with fruits would definetly be a big + Our room wasn't cleaned in the 3 day but at the reception they tell you that rooms are closed from 11-15 for cleaning! A hallstand or some coat hooks would be great as there's no cupboard.

  • I have stayed in a better hostels for a less money. Is too expensive for a hostel with a normal breakfast, litle size beds, no much commom areas. Have a modern decoration, but is just that.

  • The place is really good, what is not so good are the streets close to the hostal, looks dirty and no so secure.

  • Overall a really nice place, as other people says it is spankin' new and really fresh with nice rooms, bathrooms and all. A nice breakfast is included which is always a plus. The location in belleville is also great for adventurous people who also wants to se the more alternative and street-art-multiculti-part of Paris. The only thing I could complain of is that all the room's windows are turned inwards to the courtyard where people usually hang out, thus you cant talk so loud during the night.

  • I had a relatively positive experience at this hostel. The croissants in the morning are great, and it was clean, and the facilities were in good condition. It's a bit of a party atmosphere at night though, which can make it tough when you want to sleep.

  • Very modern and well put together! The metro station is only a few blocks down which makes everything very convenient/ makes it seem in close proximity to everything. Would definitely stay there again! Clean, safe, good breakfast, cool atmosphere.

  • Very clean. Feels safe even though there are no lockers. The staff will keep valuables up front if you ask. Nice luggage storage too :)

  • You have to pay the entire cost when you arrive...if you wish to cancel any nights thereafter, you will not be refunded! So be warned on this from. Otherwise, the rooms were cleaned well each day. Staff wasn't the friendliest, but not an issue. A plethora of bread and croissants for breakfast.

Practically, Barcelona is a pretty easy city to navigate on foot or by public transport with a well laid-out grid system for the streets and a simple metro system. Here's an example of what you can do with 24 hours and a T10 (10 journey) metro ticket.
