Great Hostel! Very nice accomadations, very clean, and great place to meet people. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Marco, Clara, and Tracy were always able to answer questions and help out as much as they could! And Caleb Bones, he really does warm up to you after a while. Would recommend to all of my friends and definitely would stay there again.

The best thing about this Hostel is the location: one block from the best spot on Ipanema Beach, halfway between Posto 9 and Posto 10.

Everything was great. Breakfast nice, staff very helpful anda friendly. As always when you stay in a dorm it can become quite a bizzy night.

We enjoyed the Mango Tree quite a lot. While it was pricy compáred to other places we~re staying (including in Rio), it was worth it to have those first couple of great days in Brazil. Tracy is so very helpful and friendly and there was a lot of socializing to be had in the common area. I have nothing but good things to say about the Mango tree

Really nice and clean hostel with the best location you can get in Rio! Dorms weren't as fancy as I expected, but I still enjoyed my stay a lot. And from what I heard about the other hostels in the neihgbourhood: this is the place to stay at.
