Very clean, expecially the bathrooms and showers. Helpfull staff. Good location, just over the road from a met stop to the city. Shops, cafes, bars etc all over the road too.

The cleanest accommodation I've ever had compare with its cost! staff was friendly and the bathroom was purely WHITE which we loved! It was very quite however it was unfortunate to people with disability as they did not have disability access which surprised me. The bed looked clean however during the night I and my partner suffered from ichness.(It could had been from somewhere else but we reckon.. you know what I mean :D) Other wise, good!

It a good place to sleep and a friendly staff. It's however no place to hang out (the common room was very small, not very appealing and close to other rooms) and its a longer walk to town.

Really nice staff, always willing to help and give advice. Nice clean room made up daily. Good location for quick access into the city. Does the job well.
Its good value for what you get. Location is ok , tram takes you right to centre in 10 mins. Wouldn't have the same buzz as other places but its more of a budget hotel so if you are looking for a bit of space and privacy its good. Above all its very clean and well maintained.

Very average budget hotel... nothing really wrong with it, but nothing to make you want to stay there either when there are lots of other options in Melborne. Way too many frount desk staff, dont think I saw the same person twice in the 5 days i was staying there!
Everything was principally well, but this place was not very personal and it is not located ideally.
