I don't usually give ratings this high, but we loved this hostel. there was an initial problem with our booking, so they gave us (2 people) an 8 bed room all to ourselves to fulfill our request for a private room. the staff was super friendly and available at all hours. clean common areas, and you CAN'T beat this location for a hostel in budapest. Would and will stay there again. A+

Try to get a room in the other part of the hostel directly at the danube river. You have a stunning view over pest there.

One of the best hostels we've seen, we would definitely come back! Clean, cosy, nice atmosphere and nice and friendly staff who helped us a lot even after we had already checked out.
