- “ General: Friendly staff, nice & clean rooms,... everything you expect from a good hostel is there!! No complaints at all!!!! Was there for New Year's eve and the owners of the hostel bought lots of champaign and snacks for the guests (no charge). Then took us out to see the fireworks. I really must say they do an excellent job at the Naughty Squirrel. The staff were always smiling and happy to help. If i ever go back to Riga, i'll definitely go back to this hostel! ”

- “ Great place overall. Only 5 min away from the main bus station and 2 min from the airport bus stop; friendly staff; clean rooms; nice lock boxes, for which you can rent a lock; 10 min walk to attractions. The reception organizes pub crawls and other tours. Nothing bad to say about the place, really. Would stay there again. ”

- “ Really great. Best location in the heart of Old Town but only five minutes from bus station. When I checked in a free magic show was beginning in the common room, and for all five days (yes, I extended my stay!) activities and tours (AK47 shooting, pub crawls, etc.) continued to meet people and keep busy. Layout means that even with a party in the common room, dorms are still quiet. Never queued for toilet or well‐equipped shower. Staff and owner were helpful and fun. Book, as they were full! ”
