  • It was generally quite loud and felt a bit clique-y because most of the people staying there were long-term and already knew each other. However, the location is very convenient (a longish walk to the city center or a short train away) and the staff were very helpful. Also the bed was comfortable, so that was a nice addition!

  • I rebooked this place twice because I had such a good time the first week I was here. You can walk everywhere from here and the train station is right down the street. The hostel is great about organizing outings at night to the various bars and clubs in the area--which are a lot of fun and sometimes you get a free drink when you go early! The staff is great, they come and vaccine the rooms every morning. My room came with a balcony which was awesome. I do wish it came with unlimited wifi.

  • I thought the cleaning was well done. The staff seemed to take care in making sure the hostel was kept neat and tidy. Also, the hostel seemed well maintained. Something that would help me out as a short-term traveller would be to include breakfast.

  • Pretty cool place. Good location in Kings Cross. The house is kind of old but it's a cool layout. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. I got a crappy room one night though, 1st floor right by the front street so it was a little loud. Can sometimes hear people on the porch. Nice little common area to watch TV. The front desk helped me out a little when I ran into flight problems.

  • Would definitely stay here again. Stayed in a 10 bed dorm, people were really nice, noise not an issue. Nice courtyard area where you can socialise, and free tea and coffee. Good location as well.
