- “ You should pay for everything - wi-fi, leaving your luggagee etc. Every evening I was asking about hair dryer, and they didn`t have it. Breakfast was exactly the same every day of our week there. The day we`ve arrived they had their lift broken, and it wasn`t repaired during the week. ”

- “ One should be able to spend time in the kitchen at any times. We were asked to leave after midnight with a cup of tea in hand ”

- “ They charge additionally for everything you can imagine, even for leaving your bag after check out downstairs. We asked for hairdryer every single day but they only had one for the whole hostel so it was impossible to get. The shower is also really bad- it s either very hot or very cold. Location is good though, 2 metro stations around and Paddington is 15 min walking away for those who travel to/from Heathrow. ”

- “ The staff is not very friendly. In the page says that theres Free Wi-Fi, but is not, you have to pay 1 pound for 1 hour. The lockers costs 7 pounds. ”

- “ Great value for money! The hostel is perfectly located and clean. There are free breakfasts and hot water in the shower. The staff is very friendly. If one is not very demanding and does not mind creaking beds, it is perfect. However, a free WiFi would be a great (there is paid Internet access on the computers in the reception). ”

- “ Beds and bathrooms are very small! Room keys sometimes didn't work. The bathroom is in the same room as the dorm room (just separated by the wall...), so that other guys have to get dressed in the dorm rooms which makes a lot of noise in the morning. And there was a false fire alarm on January, 1st in the morning... ”

- “ Worst hostel ever! Ive been in more than 30 countries worldwide and I´ve never been hosted in a dirty and unpolite place like this before. Staff rude, rooms extremely dirty, breakfast worst than my dog food , noisy and everything is payable there- nothing is included on the price. I would not reccomend this hostel unless you are a homeless. If any of you want my contact here goes my email fabio_hcp@hotmail.com !!! Im not faking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ”

- “ O box do banheiro estava entupido. QUando tomava banho, subia a água do ralo da pessoa que tomou banho antes. Um nojo. Reclamei na recepção, mas ninguém foi resolver. ”

- “ Price was cheap, staff was friendly, rooms were ok. ”

- “ This hostel is definitely the epitome of "you get what you pay for". Do yourself a favor and look for other hostels in the same area. Staff were unhelpful and rooms were poorly laid out. The location really is the only saving grace of this hostel but again there are many hostels in the same area for less. ”

- “ this is an under average but still not so bad hostel. Don't expect a great experience or any comfort, this is a place just to sleep and have some toasts in the morning. two bad things i've found: just one bathroom in each room, it might get you some time to have your shower. you have to pay for the wifi and the computers they provide to use the internet. location is good though close to two different metro stations. ”

- “ This hostel "nickle and dime" for things other hostels provide. You have to pay to use the lockers located inside your dorm. Wifi is not free and can be costly. There is common space for guests to lounge. The main lobby is just full of computers in rows. It felt more a place for business that dwelling. One good thing about this place it is location, which is directly accross from Hyde Park, near the Underground and walking distance to many attractions. ”
