  • Luggage storage was free before I was able to check-in but £2 per day after checking out. Have to pay for wifi but it doesn't work in the rooms, only at reception. We weren't told breakfast times, which resulted in us missing it, so can't say whether that's any good or not. Staff weren't particularly friendly. Otherwise, 6-bed en suite which I stayed in had comfy beds and decent hot shower. Excellent location, about one minute walk from Queensway tube stop and lots of cafes and shops nearby

  • I stayed in an 8 bed dorm. There was only one bathroom and shower and only four lockers that cost 2 Euro each. If you are on the top bunk there is no way to charge your phone. Other than that it was east to find, in an excellent location. The staff was nice, the internet costs, but there are many cafe's up and down the road with free wifi. They had a huge group come in just before we checked out and they dealt with the rush very well. one other thing tho was our room creaked really loudly!

  • You should pay for everything - wi-fi, leaving your luggagee etc. Every evening I was asking about hair dryer, and they didn`t have it. Breakfast was exactly the same every day of our week there. The day we`ve arrived they had their lift broken, and it wasn`t repaired during the week.

  • One should be able to spend time in the kitchen at any times. We were asked to leave after midnight with a cup of tea in hand

  • They charge additionally for everything you can imagine, even for leaving your bag after check out downstairs. We asked for hairdryer every single day but they only had one for the whole hostel so it was impossible to get. The shower is also really bad- it s either very hot or very cold. Location is good though, 2 metro stations around and Paddington is 15 min walking away for those who travel to/from Heathrow.
