I am very happy with the Sheralee hostel. Markus, the owner, was very accommodating to help us find a cheap deal to stay after he had no recollection of the payment I had made to Hostels.com. I am very disappointed with hostels.com. I have had no reply to my email with regards to the $61 deposit I made for booking at the Sheralee and then the further $8 you took from my account. I am still waiting to hear what the $69 has gone towards. A curtious email would be appreciated. Sandra, from England ~ 7th Oct 2009
