big lockers for luggage missing, book exchange would be nice. More power sockets in the rooms, wireless internet. Big plus for laundry machines

They seem to be upgrading it since it was taken over, but the rooms are really small. We were lucky to just be 2 people in a six place dorm. But I really do not want to imagine the horror of having six people and their stuff in such a small space!! Close to the beach and not far from the clubs and restaurants. The staff was nice, one of the better points...Not our best stay for the minute...

althought they are renovating, they still manage to always have the place clean and tidy. the location is awesome if you plan on just hanging at the beach and chilling on ocean drive etc. the staff were lovely, helped us organise tours, always available. cheap beers too!

The renovation that the hostel is going through right now (July 2008) made things somewhat uncomfortable, what with the constant construction and such. The bathrooms are consistently disgusting (and cleaned with eye-watering cleansers) and the hostel staff are not particularly friendly. The staff should have a large supply of change for the parking meters outside the place. Not terrible overall as a hostel, but it's honestly the worst one I've ever been in, and I've traveled all over the world.

I did not enjoy staying at this hostel because one of the housekeeper (a duch male person throw my good food in the garbage bin with the aset of the owner which was the souce pan, the event was recorded in video of which I made a complaint. In the cleanliness I put average also I have to tell you that they put a lot of bleach (chlor) which burn my eys for which I have made a complaint about it. Too many things hapen to me in this hostel, they have lots of prostitute and homosexuals which wants to go with me and to rob me as rob a Chilian of credit card and driver licence.
