I loved this place. Everyone was helpful, gave me directions. I highly recommend people staying here. I stayed four nights and had so much fun. The help I received made Thailand travel so easy. Laura, from USA ~ 12th Mar 2012

What a lovely place to stay in Bangkok! We had a big double room with AC, very clean and confi. The hostel is conveniently located as it's near the skytrain, you can get anywhere pretty easily and there's also plenty to do around the hostel! What made us absolutely love the place was the staff. You cannot find nicer and more helpful people, they were amaising! The tenant speaks really good English and helped us arrange about everything, and her staff same: 5 stars. Thanks again to them :-) Yveline, from France ~ 13th Mar 2012

There were 2 things going for the Urban Age: a) the female manager who was incredibly helpful and friendly, b) the location. It was smack bang in the middle, on Silom road, and it's a very close walk to the train station, and nice eating places. The hostel itself was a bit of a hole. You can get more for you money. The bed was hard. IT HAS A SHARED BATHROOM, which, despite being cleaned everyday, seemed to remain quite filthy. There is no elevator and an epic flight of stairs. Not the best..
