Very nice staff, always eager to help you in case of any questions. As others said before, it is not the best place to meet many travelers, though. Moreover, it is close to the red light district, which might be disturbing to some. Mrt and Skytrain very close by.

The Hostel is a little way away from the main backpackers location of koh san road, however, as me and my girlfriend found as first time travellers this place is priceless. The staff are so helpful it is unbelievable they helped us with everything from how to get to koh san road, which is a short, easy and very enjoyable journey on the skytrain and then the riverboat, to where to book our next form of transport. If you are first time travellers who just need a little bit of help this is the perfect place for you.

Urban Age is smthg u should try. Its next to patpong. But the room is in 4-6 floor :( and some bathroom equipment doesnt work :(

If you are a backpacker and want to meet other backpackers this is not the location to be, you want to be on Khoa San Rd. If not it is a great location near transport and night markets. Girls were very friendly. Free lockers, tea and coffee were nice.

The flyers have pictures of rooms that don't exist in the hostel. There aren't enough shower or toilet facilities for all of the guests. The location is superb, but I expected someting nicer. I would appreciate more honesty regarding details about a hostel.
