Not too bad. Very minimal, none of the facilities were great but the staff were nice. We were told free wifi but they couldn't get it working while we were there. Location's pretty good. No lockers or security for your stuff though.

I had the female ensuite dorm for myself. It felt like sleeping in a luxary B&B. The bathroom was just renovated, new and clean. The hostel has a very big and clean kitchen, but they don't provide toast (breakfast)in the morning.

The first day I have leave 3 euros like deposit for the hostel key. The day after at 9.15am before to leave no one was in the reception and I don't have received my deposit back. I think that is not a honest behavior (3 euros for a bed that cost 17 euros is a lot!). I suggest to choose other cheap accommodation in Sligo.

This hostel is in a great location but the town itself is not that exciting ... especially on a bank holiday weekend. There were people permanently living in the hostel which we found very weird. There were hot showers and a big kitchen. The room we booked was not the one we were put in. The people in our room were up at 6:30 which may have skewed our thoughts on the place.
