esta exelente..is clean,close to everiwhere,staff helpfully.. if you wanna visit amsterdam and u cant spend to much money, white tulip is too nice. for me that i was at streets all day, and iwent to hostal just for sleep and have a shawer,is nice.have all that it must have. if you are scared for pertenences, there give u a locker for free. so no strees in white tulip, just enjoy your trip.and enjoy amsterdam,thats really fun! have fun for all!!! The hostel was fine, a bit noisy in the mornings with the church bells and garbage/street cleaner trucks. The showers were a bit too small and no where to leave your things so they don't get flooded, but other than that a nice place to meet people and very communal in the rooms with the table in the middle. Clean, but not really clean. Potentially secure, but they were out of lockers, so I couldn't lock my stuff up. Not especially fun, although its above a pub. No character to speak of. Good location near the train station, but in the red light district, which means the hot locals are elsewhere. Where? No idea, and the staff was of little help in that regard, but otherwise useful and to-the-point. This hostel was nice enough, but for the price I think you can find a better deal. The bathrooms were the worst part! I am a girl, and I went with 3 other girls, and it just wasnt comfortable. We stayed in a room with 12 beds, but other than the noise outside, we slept pretty well. They offer a locker to leave your stuff in. However they dont supply towels. during the night it should be more control in the room expecially in the mixed room with many people and in the room with young student for giving the possibility to the others to sleep while them (like zompi) are disturbing making noise, and more Angela, from Italy ~ 24th Apr 2009
