The room's lock did not work and there are no safety lockers. The bathroom was ok but the shower was moldy looking. It's far and not near a tube station so you have to take the bus then the tube to get to London. It's in a shady area which makes the lack of a working a lock on the door even worse. The staff was nice but couldn't really help with any of the situations above.

It isn't the best place, I suppose, but if you're on a budget and still want to be able to get all over London, this is a great place. It's maybe a ten minute walk from the nearest tube station (make sure you print a map!!), and from there you can get anywhere. It's not in central London, so trips take a little longer, but we saw everything we wanted to see without being rushed.
The rooms are OK-- not out of this world, but especially if you're younger and a bit low on cash, it's a good choice. The pub under the hostel offers some pretty cheap food that was was good, and there are lots of cheap restaurants and grocery stores in the area.
All in all, it was a great place for us, and I do recommend it.

Nice Hostel! Big room and very good beds.
The only disadvantage was the beathroom. One toilett and one shower for everyone. The beathroom was a little bit dirty.
Besides it was a very nice hostel and the way to them was ok.

Das Hotel war im Gesamteindruck wirklich ok! Unser Zimmer war groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Der einzige Nachteil war das Badezimmer. Es gab nur eine Badewanne und eine Toilette für alle. Das Badezimmer war etwas dreckig und in meinen Augen unangenehm. Abgesehen von allem war das Hostel wirklich schön und die Nähe/Anfahrtsmöglichkeit war angenehm.

The address Acton High Street doesn't actually exist, it is so misleading to indicate such address. When saying "Private Bathroom" it should be told the waitresses use it too...!!!

The staff is by far the best thing about this place. They are very nice and helpful. It's in zone 3, which gets a bit annoying, but it's a closer ride to Heathrow.

I stayed in the single bed room. It was very basic, but good enough to sleep. Walls are thin though; noisy in the morning and at night sometimes. 20 min walk to tube station, and another 30 min ride to downtown.
The free Internet is great. Very fast. I'm writing this review there now, sitting at a picnic table in the backyard of the pub/hostel. Very nice and quiet. It's a residential area. The staff are very nice too.
Would probably go back in the future.

the location was the worst part about this place. it's in zone 3 which wouldn't be that bad except that there's no underground stop nearby. 20-30 min walk to nearest stop. the place was really clean, private and even had a pub/restaurant downstairs, a very nice touch. the area is lively with good food around, but a kinda inconvenient location, especially if you only have a couple days in london.
