not a great atmosphere in this place. One member of staff had a very careless attitude when dealing with guests.

This place has lots and lots of character. Because the place aint too big, it was like living with a big family. I really have no complaints about management and how things were organized here, really great job. Only problem I felt was too small common room which was crowded each evening with regulars watching DVDs. Granted, there is terrace but it was winter in Perth and bloody freezing outside so sitting outside was not an option.

nicest hostel i stayed in in Australia! clean and cosy.
A good location within easy walking distance of the city centre. Beware if you get a room near the TV room though as the volume is VERY LOUD. All in all a good place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were great - Hopper is clearly a great resource for tour info and the hostel is a nice walk from the city. Thanks!

this is is nice hostel with a lovely character from the outside however the weekend staff are rarely there when you need them and the hostel was surprisingly noisy, despite signs about a curfew we were kept awake well into the night. Sort those things out and youve got a lovely hostel.

Staff very unfriendly and not helpfull at all. Room was not available at arrival. No effort was made to provide a room or info given for other accomodation possibilities. Very disapoinging

Great hostel, lots of character. Well set up, lots of room, a quick walk to the downtown, even closer to a great bar/restaurant district. Locking gates, friendly staff, and very clean. Had a great time there. Cheap internet, great tv lounge area.

Excellent hostel. Very convenient and clean, and with extra touches that made life really easy, like cheap internet, huge kitchen and pantry, and laundry.
