The fotos from the rooms and the hotel lobby that they display don´t correspond to the actual hotel and the features they say exist in the rooms like telephone, desk or wardrobe are not available. The place is cheap and ok if you really wanna save but it´s much worse than what is shown and, worse than that and like said before they are not true on what they offer on the website Alfredo, from Portugal ~ 21st Apr 2012

Was a good base for our visit to Hanoi. Would recommend the hotel to others visiting Hanoi. Serviced well, clean and comfortable, real joy to stay in for the 4 days. We did the trip to Halong Bay was excellent! david, from Australia ~ 20th Mar 2012

Only stayed here one night, in good location but on a dark street that wasnt very safe at night, not a good lock on the room door. Very small room that wasnt very clean, air con/heater didn't work so really cold. No window. Breakfast included. Emma, from Australia ~ 26th Feb 2012

Despite giving a lowish review score I would definitely reccomend this hostel to travelers on a budget. It is fairly basic but has everything you need and includes a free breakfast and free drinks all day. The staff are also very nice and helpful. It is at the top of dao duy street and was just off our tourist map but is only 5 mind from the centre of the old town. For the price it is definitely worth a stay. No complaints about this Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we booked our tour of Ha Long Bay with them as well and it was good value. Nice big rooms for the price.
