Unfortunately it was very rainy while i was there and there weren't many other people in the Hostel so was quiet.......which was nice if you like that!! Owner was very helpful. Would go back when the sun was shining!!

It\'s a nice hostel. The Stuff is very very friendly. The free tour on arrivel is very helpful. Sadly there is a 15 minute walk to the town center and to the water. It\'s not the cleanest hostel, but it\'s okay!

I had a wonderful time at Tiare Village! The manager is really nice and makes everyone feel welcome. The place has a very home feel and the other travelers and I made dinner together and watched movies. There is also a pool to lay out by in the back yard. The grounds are so nice and there is tropical fruit growing that guests are welcome to. I would rate this as the BEST place I have ever stayed and would recommend it to other travelers!!! ~Nichole

The surrounding grounds were gorgeous with flowering plants and friut trees surrounding the main house. Adrienne was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable about the island, customs, transportation, just about any question we had she could answer. She was a big part of the reason Tiare Village was such a nice place to stay.

I stayed at the Tiare Village for 4 days in April 2007 and I have to say that this is one of the best hostels I have stayed in as far as the welcome you get and helpfulness of the staff. It is also conveniently located for most things on the island

I found the staff at Tiare Village to be helpful and friendly. I was extremely impressed with the fact that they took in a disabled person who the other hostels turned away because they thought he may scare the other guests. He was set up in his own room by the staff at Tiare Village. I would happily stay there again.

You need to hire bikes or be willing to pay for taxi/bus if you want to go in to town/beach/Internet/restaurants.

THis property is very out of the way so if you want to go at night then i would recommend that you do not stay here.
