This property had no record of our booking when we showed up despite the printed booking receipt. We had to leave the city as they would not accommodate us and no-where else had room. Will not be reccommending this porperty or the hostel.com website throughout our travels of 6 months. Note: still have not recieved an apology from the property as Hostel.com advised and no mention of the refund on the deposit and service charge.

queit when i was there, excellent staff, kitchen facilities OK. Mendoza id class though, within walking distance of everything.
