Clean towels every day. The staff is available and in the building all day. They were very helpful since I had to switch rooms every night due to my own booking. Rooms have a/c and heat. If you're looking to be in the times square area this is a great choice.

It's one of the most clean hostels I ever stayed in. The Staff is really nice. I really enjoy myself because it's not that easy to travel alone.

We were stayind in a private ensuite room. It was clean and comfortable although the air conditioner was quite loud. The location is very good - just 10 min walk to central streets and metro stations.
That is the great Hostel to stay.
Beds were much larger than expected. bathroom was super clean. Free access to two laptops with internet was a nice surprise.

Good hostel for travellers of all ages. Median price for NYC hostels, but if you are travelling on a budget there are cheaper ones available. Immaculately clean, great location with reasonable proximity to everythibng you want. If you like walking, you can make a day trip on foot to anywhere in Manhattan, not many other guest houses offer that kind of location.
